• Products: All custom printed goods we offer
• Order: A request for Products

Orders

• Orders may be placed online or in-store. You are responsible for all details provided.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline orders.
• Design proofs must be approved before production begins.
• Changes/cancellations are only possible before production and may incur fees.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• All online prices include VAT.

Production & Quality

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
• Minor variations in colour, size, or placement may occur.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any submitted artwork.

Delivery

• Nationwide delivery within South Africa.
• Delivery times are estimates; courier delays are beyond our control.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Risk transfers upon delivery.
• Incorrect delivery details are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

• Custom products are non-returnable.
• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.
• Approved claims may result in a reprint or refund.

Intellectual Property

• All website content belongs to Print Centre.
• You retain ownership of your designs but grant us permission to use them to fulfil your order.

Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

In-Store Orders

• Orders must be collected within 30 days of completion.
• Uncollected items may be disposed of.
